Refund Policy

All sales are final

All purchases on StakeHouse, including subscriptions (monthly and yearly), add-ons such as extra hands, one-time purchases, and early re-entry fees, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel:

• Your subscription won't renew, and you won't be charged again.
• You keep full access to your plan through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• We don't issue prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, including the remainder of a yearly plan.

When the paid period ends, your account moves to the free plan. Your account and players stay; they just run on the free plan's limits.

Unused hands and features

Unused daily hands, add-ons, and other plan features don't carry over and aren't refundable. Play-money chips have no cash value and are never refundable or redeemable.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we'll look into it and correct genuine billing mistakes.

Account termination

If we close your account for violating our Terms of Use, you won't receive a refund. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll let paying subscribers know in advance.
